This is to let you know about such a company as Hewlett-Packard and the quality or the lack of quality customer service that they seem to provide. I have never ever experienced such awful treatment of customer support. To begin I was given a HP NOTEBOOK PAVILLION DV 6000 for Christmas it worked fine for 6 months or so then I experienced some wireless card issues, contacted HP, after going through a little bit of try this, try that, and it didn't work, they finally sent out a box so that it could get sent out for repairs.
