I dread anytime I have to deal with DISH TV on anything, weather it be an upgrade or a service problem. Today's problem is upgrading my existing service. They want me to change my day all around, take time off to be here for a service person. They tell me between 8AM and 12 noon the person will arrive. I get a call at 9AM from this person who is still in his office 200 miles away! Trying his best to speak English, he wants to know how to get here.
