We live in a gated community and vehicles that are registered with the complex have a identifiable sticker. Every family is given three stickers for vehicles but for our fourth vehicle we have a visitor parking decal issued by the rental office to avoid towing that was clearly hanging from the rear view mirror. I came home around 9:30 pm on the evening of Sept. 18, 2009, locked the car and went to my apartment. When I went to my car the next morning the car was gone.
