I had been paying perfectly thru their auto debit program for 7 months, when they made an unauthorized charge. I called in advance of an upcoming debit, and talked to a representative Kalib in their Brea, California call center and he "guaranteed it would be changed". Just kept saying no problem, "wont be an issue". Basically spewing lies just to appease me.
