My experience with this company was TERRIBLE from start to finish. First of all, they originally gave me a pick up date with a window of 4 days. They actually showed up to pick up my stuff two days later than the window they gave me. They also showed up 6 hours late, which destroyed my traveling schedule, and did not bother to call me at any point during that 6 hours to let me know that they would be late.
