This is one of the rudest service departments I have dealt with in my life! Anybody driving a $100, 000 car should have royal treatment while visiting the service department. These people were rude, disrespectful, they were asking too many personal questions, they took forever to do a minor job which was covered under warranty, they had issuses with another couple that was picking up their car and they were just UNPROFESSIONAL! If you have a Maserati or Ferrrari DONT GO TO Maserati Ferrari of Beverly Hills in Los Angeles CA! Go TO OC or San Diego...trust me its worth the DRIVE! read full review »
