Did not honor request to cancel account on August 26th 2009. Billed me again in september 2009. Would not reply to email, and could not log into account to view transaction history. Filed a dispute with the BBB and my credit card company as well as this site, and one other scam reporting website. Caution advised when dealing with this company.
