I am submitting a copy of letter written to regional passport office Ranchi where I have applied for passport in Feb 2007 and till date passport is not issued on ground of various lame excuses. This will open the eyes of those who wonder in dreamland and who dare imagine of getting passport in three days and that too from from a government office. Your first point is that as per police memo dated 21.11.07 applicant was not present on 21.11.07 at the address given and photo does not tally.
