I am complaining because I paid my premium with this company in August 2008 and I called them a couple of times where they sent the contractors to check the appliances that were broken. One of them needed to be replaced and they asked me if I wanted the check or not. I accepted and as of today I haven't received any checks for the appliance that I replaced from my own pocket. I sent different emails and made different phone calls to try to resolve the problem but the phone number is out of service. Please investigate this company since their web site is down and no other form of contact is available. read full review »
