I had Time Warner Cable TV service. I decided to add Roadrunner and Digital Phone service. It was installed on October 23, 2007. As soon as the installer walked out the door, I had no Roadrunner or phone service. The first service man was out on October 27, 2007, to fix it and it worked for one minute after he left, and it was out again. Then a third service man came.
