On July 22, 07., I took my Computer to Best Buy (still under warranty) to be repaired. I was told it would take 3-5 days. After the 6th day I phoned B/B., and was told that I miss understood and that it takes 7-10 days and that they had just sent off my computer on the 25th., to Louisville., Ky. After the 11th., day and speaking with a Manager I was told that it normally takes up to 15 days. So now I have been told three different times it would take for repairs and return.
