I noticed an unauthorized charge of 59.99 on my card and called the company to find out why I had been charged. The rep I spoke to on the line claimed that my card was used to sign up for a pornographic web service. The rep was extremely argumentative and kept insisting that someone has my card although it has never been out of my possession. I was given a confirmation number and told the service was cancelled and I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days, although I could have sworn he intially told me 2-3 business days. I opened a dispute with my bank and hope I won't have to do anymore to get my money refunded. This is a total SCAM!!! read full review »
