While installing a new furnace and thermostat control device, the crew from Sierra Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning (Chico) made numerous errors in the install that caused damage to my home. Two attic access panels and panel trim were broken/damaged and had to be replaced. The crew said the panels were not cut properly so they did not fit.
