At approximately 12:55 p.m. after church service, I went to the loction noted above and ordered a large caramel malt with no milk added. The worker completed the order and then informed the male manager that she had done so and discribed the order. Immediately, the manager became upset and expressed himself in an angry tone and instructed the worker to discard the malt and start over making the new one with milk.
