We are having problems with getting our 18 month old top of the line Kenmore washing machine repaired under the Sears warranty. We are now on our third service call for this washer within about 18 months. It is taking way too long to have Sears select a service call. This time it was 3 weeks out. Then they didn't show up and scheduled another for 2 weeks out. Then after diagnosing the problem, ordering the parts, 2 more weeks out to actually fix.
