I was con into verbally agreeing on a franchise by Cuppy's Coffee and More base in Florida to build a store by there builder, Elite Manufacturing, LLC, who reside at the same address: 548 Mary Esther Cutoff Fort Walton Beach Florida. The catch was, Elite will pay the franchise fee of $25, 000 if we put the required down of $37, 900 to build the store, which we did.
