My bathroom was in need of some repairs after the initial work was done. When I contacted Wholesale Builders, I left a message on their answering machine and 2 days later called them again. This time I was able to speak to a representative who assured me my problems would be addressed. A week later I called back and was told someone would be out the next day to see the problem.
