Dear sir. I am a long term customer with Sears for over 20 years. I was contacted by Sears to buy a extended warrany on my washer and dryer and I agreed to buy it was charged a little less than $ 400.00 when I did call for service I was told they had no record and no service and after several calls trying to get service I paid for no luck so I had to call a outside service for repair.
