1. Placed order on 9/15/09 with VISA credit card. 2. Company was to confirm order via email. 3. On 9/19/09 attempted to contact MedShop for order info. There was no telephone No. to discuss issue. I tried to send an email to discuss the problem, but I was obligated to "LOGIN", but they claimed that they did not have my email address even though it was printed on the confirmation of the order that I downloaded!
