Hello! I want to make complaint with company. This company did not comply thier policy to refund money after the cancellation of our booking. i had made booking to London last april and i pay thru creditcard, 2 days before our departure we received mail that our booking was cancelled. And now, im requesting them to refund our money back to my creditcard but until now i dont received the amount. this is like a fraud business because they promise people to refund and thats also thier policy, why they dont comply with this rules. wat can i... read full review »
