We have battling with this company for almost nine months now - - trying to process a home modification loan. Everytime we speak with someone via phone we have a different person who tells us something different. We have been told that our paperwork has been assigned to a negotiator and to expect an answer in ?7 days, ?21 days, ?3 months, etc. We get different answers every time.
