I had paid for the window etching on my vehicle 4 years ago. In August of 2009 my vehicle was stolen. The police do not know what method was used to steal the car. The Police report even indicates this information. APCO felt they could make thier own conclusion of how the vehicle was stolen even though the vehicle has not even been recovered yet. APCO states that my car was stolen by using a key tot he car. Therefore per thier contract they do not have to honor the warranty. Lisa Roberts a manager for APCO has made her descision a firm one.
