I was at Bob Evans on Tuesday 9-15. My meal came to 14.83 but there computer was not working properly so my card was swiped 4 times and low and behold on my bank statement I was charged 3 times for 14.83 and once for 11.83. I have contacted the managers of this store numerous times and they assured me the amounts would be removed but as of this date they were not. I am livid. I think Bob Evans need to revamp their computer system and train their employees on the proper use of this equipment. I will never eat at Bob Evans again. Why is it such a big deal to remove charges when it was not a big deal to charge them to my account. read full review »
