I ordered the MajicJack in Aug to try and cut my telephone costs. I was charged for 2 MajicJacks that came in the packaging with no invoice or way to contact a customer service or billing person. I tried online and by phone and of course after the 30 days now someone answers the phone. It's after the 30 days so you can't return the product or get an RMA #, you can't talk to a supervisor to resolve the issue and it's FALSE ADVERTISING.
