We moved in here and our rent was $770.00, and when we looked at the place originally and put a deposit down, she said there would be an extra pet fee, which was fine. When we come back to sign the lease, there is a different person in the office, and the lease states $770.00 and we asked if there would be the pet fee and they told us no.
