This company is not only charging a ridiculous amt to recieve calls they are taking the remaing credit you didnt use on your account. I had a remaining credit of $43.12 and they refuse to issue me my credit. The reasoning they gave was I didn't request my refund in the time alloted. Not only did I request my refund within the time span, I was giving a specific time frame of when to expect it. The rudest supervisor ever blunted told me that is wasn't noted and verbatim that I gave them my money. read full review »
