Our service was disconnected without a note just before our trip, despite that I called the company and requested not to disconnect services. When I called the customer support, operator was quite helples. He told me that the only option I have now is to buy a new account. The only reason I ever bought their service was to have a permanent phone number while travelling oversea which I can give my coworkers and friends. My opinion - stay away from "Call in Europe" - any prepaid card would do the job for less money. read full review »
