There are way too many immigrants that cannot speak or understand english in these jobs. The order takers have very thick accents and cannot be understood over the speaker when driving through the drive-up. Very frustrating to have to repeat your order 3 times to them..only to find out that they messed up the order anyway when you get home. There is also a lack of courtesy and that comes from the age group these fast food chains hire...they stare at you with almost discontent that you are having to make them work by placing order.
