My husband & I submitted a IBR (Income-based repayment) application to ACS on July 20, 2009. ACS received the paperwork on 7/27/09. The ACS website states to "allow thrity (30) for processing of the application. It has now been two months (9/21/2009)and the application "is still being processed". I have sent emails to them regarding the issue for the last month. The webiste requests 48-72 hours to respond to emails.
