They are unprofessional and untrustworthy. I was trying to transfer a clients site and Sam who i believe is the only one working there with a receptionist... probably out of his garage 888-874-3791 #2023 would give us the story of them being a big company and we need to sign a fax that never gets to the client. he a a reseller of domains at wildwest and he is not co operating with the transfer of the domain as well. we were ready for this and we copied the clients site the hard way. we have also started a force domain transfer to Godaddy.
