I am in a battle with this company right now. I ordered a filing cabinet from them in July and waited 5 weeks for the delivery. When it was delivered, the cabinet was smashed. I called IVG and told them about the damage and was told to submit pictures and that I would get a return call with a status. After I sent pictures of the damaged item I never heard anything.
