I had always had Alltel cellphone service for many years in good standing. When I moved to pine Island, Florida, I went to the Alltel store in Cape Coral and asked if there was service on the island as my contract was due to renew if I wanted and I needed to make sure I got signal there or if I needed to get a landline. I was guarenteed by the person there that Alltel had very good service on the island and there were no problems.
