Boy - what a scam this company is! Purchased the "highest quality" of berber carpeting for our home. Paid over $4000 for 4 rooms and a hallway. The people that installed it were probably illegal immigrants. Now 16 months later, I call to tell them how unhappy I am with the carpet (huge pulls, snags, thresholds coming up, etc.). Oh, we will send out an "independent" carpet inspector. Yea, he was in their back pocket too. Said that my dog caused all the problems.
