Charter is THE WORST service out there! Their customer service should be called "get customers outraged" They talk in circles and dont answer the questions you ask because they SUCK and they are just in business to screw every customer they acquire. I can not give a specific story because I have waaaaayyy too many to get into without my blood pressure rising dangerously high.
