I reported my Complaint which I was given a number #10032169. I walked back into Frys located on Highland and 20th street to get my cane. I was so excited to see it that I told the customer service rep, that it was my cane and I could I get it. The customer in front of me screamed that I was rude and your customer rep agreed and told me to my face I was rude for asking for my cane.
