dyson will not honor their warranty. Bought a Dyson ball. Had it for a few months. Local store in NJ (butley vauum) charges for warranty repairs. Dyson lets them get away with it. Dyson pays stores nearly nothing for warranty service. Nutley vacuum adds fees to the warranty service. Whats the use of a five year warranty if you are going to have to pay 80 buks out of pocket when you bring it in. read full review »
