These people have quite the deal going on. It is hard to believe that this type of business can operate in the U.S. They sell "refurbished" electronics that are sent to you not working and you have to pay to send it back plus suffer a 15% loss for restocking fee (for a product that didn't work?) They even charge you a restocking fee for an extended warranty that only existed in cyberspace.
