These guys come in like military men ripping everything out of our house due to flood from a broken pipe. They tear out walls and floors that are dry and run the bill up with the insurance company that's doing direct pay to them. They call the adjuster for authorization and refuse to consult the home-owner. When I ask them to remove a portion of a wall that was directly under the leak (and has turned the drywall pink - a sure sign of water damage) they say, "the walls dry".
