The bank is using a new system. Due to this, I've had a ridiculous amount of overdraft fees. It appears that the reps working in call center do not know how to use it either, bc I called yesterday to check on my account and to see if anything was pending, and they told me it had cleared. I deposit money into the account yesterday(which it is still a pending deposit) and this morning I come in with 6 overdrafts! That will be 6 seperate overdraft charges...$210.00!!
