A Black woman has called my home twice looking for someone who has a loan. The woman knew that my address was not the one she was looking for, but wanted me to tell her about my neighbor. I do not know my neighbors nor if I did would I supply information. In any event, she harrassed me and wanted me to go look to see if I saw a certain model, make and year car sitting in his driveway.
