I requested and paid the postage for a free sample(!?). I received the sample and then found, too late, that the small print required me to notify them within 14 days that I did not want to be enrolled in their program. They then charged my account for $79.95 plus a convenience fee of $.64 for the first shipment of their product which I never received and did not want. My bank was no help. I wrote a letter to the only address I could get and sent the letter certified so that I know that they received it. I have had no reply and intend to notify the Iowa Attorney General's office and the BBB of Des Moines. read full review »
