My husband and I were buying donuts this week in Houston, TX and overheard a Shipley Do-nut employee call a customer "white trash" after the customer complained about receiving rancid, spoiled juice and milk. The employee was an Asian lady and evidently she was mad about receiving a complaint and had a bias against white people. We were disgusted by her racial slur and left the store. WE will not go back. the store location is at 12671 Veteran's Memorial Drive, but when we attempted to contact the main corporate office in Houston, no one would answer the phone. read full review »
