I paid North Pacific Van Lines to move my belongings from Louisiana to Washington state. The driver arrived 5 hours late to pick up on Aug 12th- This should have given me an indication of what was to come. I was told that they offered door to door & set up service at my home in Wash. The truck was due to deliver on Aug 23rd. Called on August 23 to inquire on time of delivery and provide new contact phone number, dispatcher could not locate my belongings.
