I purchased a postal battery exam book for government postal jobs and was advised I would get a refund if no job was found or I failed the exam. There were no exams or jobs offered, hence, I called to request my refund at 1-800-709-0162 and the number is no longer in service. I am requesting a refund of the 100+ dollars charged to my credit card account. I have seen this company on the internet as being a scam and am now very concerned.
