I too ordered the sample of Dazzle White. It never arrived in the mail. When I called, they said they would re-send the 14 day trial for $1.95. A few days later, 4 tubes of the stuff arrived, and they also charged my credit card for $79.00. I had not even had a chance to try the product. Now I find that something called Diet ID is also charged to my account. Do not respond to any of the ads for Dazzle White. You will be sorry. read full review »
