Fifth Third Bank sent me a Mastercard a year ago and I distroyed it and threw it away. I never requested it or never used. I received a bill on September 18 for $19.00 they classified as an inactive fee. I contacted the 1-800 number and raised all sort of hell with them and told them I never asked for the card nor did I attept to even use the card therfore I will not pay the bill. They cancelled the bill and the card. My point is how many inocent people out there get bilked out of $19.00 for this type of fraud. Can something be done about this?????
