Ordered a blue hippo computer on 6-12-09; they deducted the first payment on 6-16-09; i cancelled the order on 6-17-09; they promised a refund of the initial payment within 45 ays. As of this date I still have not received refund even though i have filed a complaint with BBB, had several phone conversations, emails, correspondence with Blue Hippo. Last corres from them in early August indicated they would refund in 45 days [after reviewing my account]. that 45 days should be up shortly. They have had my $ since 6-12-09. I cancelled in a timely fashion [within 7 days] as their website stated. tired of waiting. read full review »
