I have lived in the River Oaks community for 2+ years. When we moved in they had just removed the previous tenant. This place was NOT in ready move in condition. However, my family and I had already packed up the moving van so we had no choice but to move in that day. We were given a form to fill out for items to be fixed. We are about to sign our third lease and some of those items are still not fixed. We called and left messages with Mark (prop. mgr.) with no response.
