My house was broken into last week and the securtiy system did not alert the police! I called Castlerock and they explained to me tha that my system was defective; I have had this system for 2 years now! I told them I wanted to cancel and they stated I had to pay the remainder of my contract even though my house was burglerized. They have been giving us the run around since the incident occured.
