I was recieving messages saying my virus protection (spy sweeper) was expiring. I was late in renewing and lost Internet connections. I contated the online payment option to renew. I was charged $90.90 but did not receive the service. I had my neighbor come over two days later so I could get connected. (computer Geek) He set me up with Trend Micro-Antivirus for half the price and my Internet worked immediately once again.
